In order to register for the first time, please send a message to our nursing staff through the Klara portal or call the office at 847-834-4361 and include:

1. The name and date of birth of patient you would like to register

2. The email address you would like to use for the portal

 

If you are already registered, please log into http://otsdermatology.ema.md to access your Patient Portal Account
