Paige Lepp is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with eight years of experience in the field of dermatology and eight years of experience in Emergency Medicine. She has extensive expertise in the areas of medical and cosmetic dermatology as well as emergent care.

Prior to opening On The Spot Dermatology, Paige worked as a Nurse Practitioner at a family dermatology office for eight years, before pursuing her dream of opening her own practice. While working with adults and children alike, she noticed a hole in the market for quick-care dermatology that is cost-effective and addresses patients’ less-complex and non-emergent needs. Instead of waiting weeks or even months to get an appointment with a dermatologist, Lepp realized she could address concerns “on the spot”, and if additional care is needed, she can refer her patients to her wide network of dermatology partners.​

As a result, On the Spot Dermatology was born. Paige takes pride in building relationships with her patients while focusing on their needs. She wants each patient to feel they received the allotted time needed for their care.
Paige graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with a Bachelor degree in Nursing. She then went on to complete her Masters in Nursing degree as an Advanced Practice Nurse attending North Park University. Paige is a member of the American Nursing Credentialing Center and the Illinois society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. She also was a member of the Illinois Society of Advanced Practice Nursing, American Nurses Association, and Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing.

Lepp is married with three young children and resides in Northbrook, IL. When she is not working she is Mom for her three kids and loves her family time. When she is not mom, she loves to exercise, organize, decorate her house and try to help others anyway she can.
Erin is a board certified family nurse practitioner accredited by the American Association for Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She graduated with her Bachelor in the Science of Nursing (BSN) from Marquette University. She went on to obtain her graduate degree, Masters in the Science of Nursing (MSN), Family Nurse Practitioner/Emergency Nurse Practitioner program at Loyola University Chicago.

Erin has 20+ years experience in nursing/healthcare. While many years were spent in emergency medicine, the transition to medical and cosmetic dermatology was a natural fit. Erin’s background in emergency medicine has equipped her with skillful precision in delicate procedures. She finds joy in helping people by using her medical skills and knowledge to highlight and improve healthy, beautiful skin.

She ultimately found medical and cosmetic dermatology to be her true passion. She finds joy in learning and successfully exceeding in all aspects of general and cosmetic/aesthetic dermatology. She loves combining her eye for detail and love of technical procedures to help build patients’ confidence.

Erin works closely with patients, listening to all of their concerns, in order to create personalized plans focusing on subtle, natural enhancements. She is currently enduring extensive training in the field of medical dermatology, while already having extensive training in cosmetic dermatology such as Botox, Dysport, Dermal Fillers and even the new Daxxify. She is always perusing the newest research in her free time. Additionally she stays current in her field by attending national conferences and trainings to acheive and maintain industry best practices. She holds herself to high standards and prioritizes safety and education. Erin prides herself on being genuine, kind, honest, and professional with all her patients.

When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and two dogs.
